River To River Onsite Septic Solutions began in 1999 with several county sanitarians approaching us with the need for an additional company to service septic units. Bob McKinney (owner) brings 30 years of industry experience, in addition to the education he continues to acquire in traveling in the United States and Canada. He is on several committees in the state of Iowa that are updating and changing the current codes to represent the present times.

Bob is also certified to teach about diagnosing failed systems and determining which system is the best one for the site, as well as how to service that system after it is in the ground. He is one of 4 founding fathers of IOWWA, (Iowa Onsite Waste Water Association) and was the president of that organization for several years. Most recently he has focused his attention on education and training.
